Unless you speak Japanese or want to drop a lot
of money on *good* translation software, you're
not going to get anywhere with an only-Japanese-
speaking seller on Yahoo Japan. Like the other
posters, I would recommend a Deputy Service like
Keigo at Celga. Best of all, if you go to Celga's
page (does anyone have the link handy?), there is
a link to the Yahoo Japan cel auctions for a
number of series - including Dragonball. Meaning
you don't even have to mess around with the Yahoo
Japan search engine. (Although that can be fun!
When you feed in the kanji for "Blue Seed", you
get not only items relating to the anime Blue
Seed, but also LOTS of auctions for. . . blue
panties. o_0; Yes, you read that correctly. 0_o;)
In any case, I do recommend downloading the
Japanese font, if nothing else. I think the free
online sites that translate webpages require it
to function. (Yes? No? I don't use them, so I'm
not completely sure.)
But in any case, don't feel frightened by the
idea of getting a cel via deputy service. You
don't have to do a single thing on Yahoo Japan
yourself except look! Everything involoving
needing to know Japanese will be fully handled by
someone who knows the language. You can even ask
for clarifications on what a description says
before you commit to bidding. I've gotten cels
through Keigo before and I haven't got even one
bad thing to say! ^_^
