you're definately correct in regards to the fact 
that it is very uncommon to find a DBZ cel with 
matching background. toei seemed to add whatever 
background they think looked good with that 
particular cel. unfortunately, this has resulted 
in a lot of nonmatching backgrounds becoming 
stuck. (maybe this is why i don't particularly 
mind a stuck background... [i'm the 1st person to 
respond ^^;]).  i won't pay more for it, but at 
the same time it doesn't make me pay any less 
either... does that make sense?  out of over 200 
cels that i have from dbz, and factoring in cels 
i have had and sold... i've had maybe 5 that were 
actually matching. of course i've had several 
more that were very close (from the same 
episode), but weren't correct for the sequence.
