for me, a stuck douga doesn't matter a whole lot. 
they're usually pretty easily removed (although 
sometimes it is at the sacrifice of the sketch 
T_T)  backgrounds are quite often stuck ...  so 
no, that doesn't affect what i would pay for a 
cel either.
