I'd go for cels...heh cause of multiple reasons.

1...karen's right some of this computer inked 
anime series, you can't really tell any difference 
at all, ie Love Hina (you have to look really 
hard to see it)...I mean it's smooth, but so is 
cowboy bebop..and it's made from cels...and at 
times it is grainy

2.  It makes all of us so sad by seeing these 
great new shoes, then looking for cels of 
it..finding out that it's digitally inked, and 
crying ourselves to sleep for a week because of 
it...er so I've heard

3.  So why not have both....computer effects and 
cels all in one great, over the counter, 
microwavable neat package...:) sigh ie lain, and 
the kenshin ova...(great idea karen)
