I only have one cel with a correction layer on
it. The collar on Deedlit dress was painted the
same blue as the rest of her dress. The
correction layer repainted the collar green, but
they also re-inked all the black lines around her
face and body. I found this to be a little
strange since the original cel already had a very
distinct lines. The only reason I can figure is
what everyone else has already said, it was done
for appearence, to keep the correction layer
from "dulling" the outlines.
I've always wondered if anyone else out there
with a cel from this sequence has had the same
correction made?
