'Allo,

I just got this cel in the mail and there's 
something different that I haven't seen before.  
There's two layers, one of which being mainly the 
black lines with only the eye being colored (the 
left side pic, if it posts).  The other looks 
like a normal cel (to the right).  Is the top 
layer just something that didn't get painted for 
some reason?  Or is there actually a reason for 
the two layers?
