True, true. The storyarc in general lacks some of 
the elements outlines by Joseph Campbell in his 
examination of the hero archtype. Although the 
hero, in this case Sakura, embarks in a quest, 
she does not touch upon the important milestones 
expected in a hero, as Sailor Moon does. In the 
strict Jungian sense, the story also needs 
stronger definition of the anima and animus 
roles.
