(*laughter*) Yes, short is no guarentee of 
quality - the same way that a long series is no 
guarentee of sloppiness. (Fushigi Yuugi taught us 
all that. ^_^  So beautiful!! And over 50 TV 
episodes) But in general, that hasn't been my 
usual observation.

AIC must have cleaned their copiers at some point 
in time since Miyu TV cels are usually pretty 
good. ^_^   Now, on the other hand, the studio 
who did YuYu Hakusho. . . (I can't remember which 
studio it is off hand.) I think we cel fans 
should each pitch in $5 and get them a new 
copier. Cleaning won't help that mess. ^_^;;  If 
I wasn't such a dope for YuYu Hakusho, I would 
never bother with cels that are usually of such 
poor line quality. (Although, in their defense, 
they seem to have good painters. ^_^ I don't see 
many correction layers.)
