I dunno about quality in long series of cels.
I have a really nice cowboy Bebop cel of Spike 
that is in the fifties I think its A53 (Ill 
check) If you watch how fluid he is when he moves 
I think that its pretty amazing how many cels 
they use to make him animate.
  The cel is beautiful, the lines are clear the 
expression is very nice and none of the paint is 
out of line or missing. I think they seem to take 
a little more care with the early episodes of 
bebop.
   To be honest though I dont think that you have 
to labor over every single line in a motion 
sequence since they go by so fast. It only 
matters to collectors because we frame em and 
look at em.
gods if they ever made a movie by just what the 
collectors would want all we'd have manga!
