Wow... beautiful cel.... 
It's so satisfying to get such a nice layout, a 
complete image...I never thought much about 
backgrounds until I got a couple, and now I think 
rather highly of them.  ^_^
As for the addiction thing-
I was in bad shape for a while I think- it took 
being broke and feeling extremely guilty for 
spending $200 on a cel for me to take a step back 
and look at things.  I still look for cels way 
too much, I'm still way too tempted, but I am 
starting to force myself to take a deep breath 
and think for a few minutes, or hours or a day or 
more to think about a purchase.  Most of the time 
I realize that I can live without that cel, that 
it's not exactly what I'm looking for.  This is 
not always the case, but it is becoming a more 
common practice.  I do miss cels sometimes, but I 
usually feel more relief than regret.
I'm also trying to be stricter about limiting the 
series I collect, and comparing a prospective cel 
with one I already have - which do I like more?  
Can I be satisfied with one or is it worth it to 
me to get both?
Limiting the series and liking anime without lots 
of cels floating around helps some too - there 
simply aren't that many FY TV, DHY, or Iczelion 
cels being updated regularly.  ^_^
Finally, having pretty art books to look at helps 
me limit the number of cels somewhat, I can get a 
great cel, then look at the book for the rest of 
my "fix".  ^_^
