::Bleu section ? Which blue section ? Err...
::If you mean on Cels.org, that's normal : The
::japanese pages are japanese encoded. If your
::browser can't handle it correctly or don't
::change from character encoding automaticaly,
::you have to set-it up yourself.
I am speaking mainly of keep track, yes.
I have equal number of problems on Japanese and
English pages, yes I have the correct languages
installed, and yes I know how to configure a web
browser... That is not the problem. As oion has
said, there is a problem of blank or mis-rended
html code, which is most likely the result of the
code, since so many are having problems with this.
::What make you believe that T1 is good ? That's
::only good up to your provider. Then it depend
::of all the lines between.
The t1 line connects to a t3 backbone, and I
download typically around 10 mbps, which should
be fast enough to view this page correctly. I
agree it may be something with an overseas link,
but still, many people are having this problem,
and I feel it may have something to do with the
way the ads are displayed.
