Or more specifically, see if you can find feedback the
person has received for selling other cels specifically.
Another thing you can do is to write to the people that have
given negative feedbacks and question them about what went
wrong. (This *is* done - I've been asked about feedback I've
left and I've asked other people. That is why they put your
name with the feedback.)

Easiest might be to write the seller again and point out
that they didn't give you all the information you asked for.
(*shrug*) Maybe they just weren't paying enough attention to
your letter - you never know.
