I recently e-mailed a seller on ebay asking about one 
of his cels, standard questions like, what is the 
condition of the cel, any damages, does it come with 
matching or non-matching sketch, how do you package the 
cel, how much is shipping, etc.  The reply I got is that 
the shipping is $6 and it comes with sketch.  That's it. 
The person's got 785 feedback rating, but there are 7 
neutrals and 14 negatives and the person is a seller 
from Japan.  I'm kind of reluctant to bid on the cel now, 
am I paranoid?  What do you guys think?
