Hi

It can also take off those dusty looking marks (is that what
you mean?). Those are harder to get off, they usually build
up on stuck multilayer cels. If you can manage to take the
layers apart the mineral spirits can remove them in a few
scrubs. Just be carefull not to get any on the paint of the 
cel, it will take it off too.
