Dear Valerie,

To remove staples from cels, USE ONLY YOUR FINGERNAILS!
Anything else would scratch the cel!  Be careful when
removing them though!  The staples' points can also scratch
the cel if you don't remove them carefully!  Just make sure
that you do this with long enough fingernails.  I suggest
removing staples the day before you cut them for the week
