Hi!
I just received today a cel I had won on Ebay, which was 
described as being in "perfect shape".  However, there is obvious repair work done on the face and elsewhere, and
somehow the cel doesn't quite look up to standard.  Some 
things are not shaped quite right, and some color lines 
extend briefly into white areas.  

I know you're taking a chance when you buy a cel on Ebay, 
but this person had good feedback.  What should I do? I'm 
very disappointed with the cel.  It looks more like fanart.
Should I contact the seller and see if I can send it back 
for a refund, should I just take my lumps and leave negative
feedback, or should I take my lumps and leave ok feedback?
It was very quick communication and shipping.  Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
