I cannot say anything about SM or nadia cels, but finding
a matching pencil sketch of Miyazaki cel is almost impossible,
let alone finding a Myazaki cell or background with a matching 
Douga.

Since backgrounds were almost always sold independent of
the cel with most of Miyazaki's films, the douga were 
probably never included with either the cels or backgrounds
and what we probably seeing are douga that have been
seperated from the cel almost from the time the cels were
used in production.

I think that Taro is not seperating the cels from the douga
as you seem to be suggesting and if you feel that you are,
I would think that e-mailing them in person first and ask them 
what is going on would have been the better course of action
before bringing the issue to the new group in such a sensational
manner.
