I wanted to thank all that responded to my question.  It 
makes a lot more sense to me now that I know it's about
how to order special requests instead of cels already on
his site.

I've always hesitated sending these types of requests to 
dealers for this very reason!  It's easy for situations to
change in the time it may take someone to find the cel you
are requesting (ie. short on cash, finding a similar cel
on anothers dealer's site or simply not liking the cel image
when you actually see it).
