Hi all!!

Could someone help me to understand what Master is trying
to convey in the section marked "The person who does the
request shall read without fail"?  I'm not sure what he is
saying there.  Parts of it deal with cancellations, but
there is that whole part about quality and damage I don't
understand.  Is there something particular we are supposed
to do when ordering?

It has me confused - I'm pretty thick about things like
this :(

Any help is appreciated :)
