Howdy, Please remember,I was in Japan 10 years ago when anime cel collecting was almost nonextence in the US, and the Yen rate stayed between 130-150 yen to the US dollar. Over half my collection (about 550 cels) I paid less than 1000yen ($7.50US)for them and most of those were about 500yen ($3.75US). I am talking about some pretty good cels with backgrounds and drawings (Although, there are some pretty rotten cels included). The best deal I ever had though is still my Nausicca cel for 3000 yen. Yen rate at the time made the around $25-$30 US. Have a nice day. gdpj
