The first thing I do is sit down with it, carefully take it out of the bag, un-stick
it if I can, then I hold it up very carefully and admire the image, then I turn it over
to admire the way it was painted on the back, then I rearrange my cel book to keep all
my cels from the same series together, and document it in my cel list (just a few pieces
of paper that I use to document where I got it, how much it costs, if I find it in the 
show what episode its from, etc) And I look at it a lot, but I look at all my cels at
least once every few days.  And I show it to my cel collecting friends!  ^_^

The most I've ever spent on a cel was $250 for my Kenshin from the 4th OVA, that's the
only cel I've ever paid more than $200 for, after that I have another Kenshin and a 
Tomoe that were $150, and most of my others were pretty cheap.  I did however spend
$350 on my drawing of Shishio by Watsuki Nobuhiro... but that's not a cel... Oh yeah,
anyone wanna guess what my favorite series is???  :-P
