It is not much help to how you feel, but you
are insured by the post office for damages.
You will have to present the package and file a
form with them, but you are covered monetarily
(not much to the issue, I know) by your money
order purchase--postal, yes?--and the shipment
of the package. They will inspect the package to
see how the damage could have occured.
As for repairs, on exCel's site under the U-Try section
I think they have two places listed that will do
repairs...
