Okay, this probably sounds like a DUMB question to those
much more experienced collectors out there, but how does
one go about making a background to display a cel with?  I
have a GORGEOUS cel of Kenshin from the fourth ending,
which did not come with a background or sketch, and I think
it would look even prettier with a background... I can't
draw at all though, is my only option paying someone else
to do it?  I heard there was a way to do get a copy of 
the background from a screen capture?  Is that possible,
how do I do it?  I'll put a picture of the cel here, anyone
feeling creative please offer some suggestions on how to 
better showcase its beauty!  ^_^x
