Many studios don't look at cels as of high valued art like
collectors do. I beleive someone posted a while ago saying
that one studio barries it's cels or something o__0
In many cases cels are just looked at as a waste procuct of
making animation. Luckily there are many studios that don't
look at cels like this ^^;, but still; they aren't as
valuable to them as they are to us so it wouldn't be
impossible to sneak a few out. Also as Hoover Dam posted,
some were given to staff who worked on the series.
