-This baiting of bidders with a low opening bid is damned cruel! Yes it is baiting. It is getting people who are interested in the cel in the auction where the seller can contact them. I don't see why it is cruel if the bidders only bid what they want to. If the seller decides 'Ok, I can take a loss and sell to this person even though the reserve wasn't met', then all the better for the bidder, as they may get a cel for cheaper. If not, well the bidder (hopefully) realises the seller may have to suffer alot of financial loss if they sold below the reserve. Try to see both sides of the story. -Ash
