Computers are nice but they don't do things all of
themselve... You still need people to do the drawing,
and paint the cels, even if it's with a penpad instead
of using real paint.
It may help and go faster but on the other side,
people able to handle those programs are probably
more expensive to pay than people who paint cels...

One of the main advantage of using computers is when
the resulting anime will be on a digital support.
That's why AIC is using computers instead of normal
cels for video game or stuff that will be on CD.
