Depend : not all background are nice. I am buying a
cel for itself. If it has a nice background it's a
bonus but if I won't buy it just for the background.

Yes, it matters that it's the original background,
_if_ that make a price differance. But if I like the
cel, I will buy it whatever there is a background or
not and whatever it's the original background or not.
(as long as the price isn't especialy high just because
the cel has a background).
For framing the cel, I don't care : whatever make the cel
look better. (no, I won't remove an original background
to put something else but I will choose another cel
to frame and keep that one in a book)
