Here's my suggestion:

If you have the time, learn HTML.  Its simple and a good skill to know.  You can find guides online or pick up an HTML for dummies book at any good bookstore.

If not, you can use software packages such as Microsoft Frontpage or Dreamweaver which are basically drag and drop web page editors.  

Everything you want to do can easily be done any of these ways.  

As for web space, 100 jpgs is going to take a lot of space.  Good luck finding someone willing to hold that much data for you :).
