If you check the archives of this message board, you'll notice
that you are not the only one who had trouble with Abdel
claiming to not have received money...
If Abdel is indeed telling the truth, then it could be the
postal service in his area. But it's difficult if not
impossible to know what really happened. Personally I advise
against mailing cash to him, as it seems to vanish.
