Reasons this makes me mad...

I didn't know that when I bought it.  I'm sure cel dealers
 are very busy, but if I noticed it right away (I saw it
 through the bag) I'm sure those who do this for a living
 would have too.  I would have appreciated a note. And now, do I honestly know that it's an A1 cel... no I don't.  I don't even know if the original cel was centered like my taped up job is.  Heck, I don't even know if it's original.  It looks it though... 


Please don't get me wrong, I don't want to return it or get
 a refund or even complain... the dealer is one I've dealt with many times and I'm sure you all have too.  No name
 mentioning because I think that's juvenile.  

This is my point...

Odds are that you might buy a cel without a sketch.  Odds are that you might buy a cel without a background.  Odds are that you might buy a cel that's stuck to it's 
background/sketch.  Odds are you might buy a cel that's 
missing a layer.  This are just the things that we deal
 with in this hobby...


Is my case another thing I'm going to have to learn to 
expect?  Does this happen often?  Has it happened to any of you?
