I was so excited a few weeks ago when I found a cel of a character that I NEVER see around.  I jumped at the chance to buy it and so a little while later it arrives.  I opened the package, "oh, no sketch... that's okay"  It came with a backround... great... numbered A1... even better.  So for about 2 minutes I was thrilled.  Then I noticed a thin line above the top of her head.  My heart skipped a bit.  I thought perhapes there was a slice right below the registration holes.  So I opened it up right there.

This is where I get upset...

It's not a cut on the cel... well, not exactly.  My character that I bought was completly cut out and then taped onto another blank cel.  It must have been a LONG time ago that this happened, the tape is yellowing.  I'm sure the original pre cut cel got damaged and someone decided they still needed to sell it.
