This happened to me once.  The cel was a great 
shot, and it took me more than a month to come up 
with the money to pay for it.  When it arrived, 
quite a bit of the trace lines were missing.  I 
was very upset, but I didn't hold it against the 
seller - as they HAD simply sold it as-is based 
on a small image.  It was my responsibility to 
ask more questions, which I didn't.
  As long as you're satisfied that you weren't 
ripped off (at least not too badly) and you still 
like the cel, I wouldn't complain to the seller.
