I just had the bad experience of purchasing a 
WONDERFUL cel online.  Unfortunately when it 
arrived I noticed the line damage and chipped 
paint it had.  Yes, I should have asked...but I 
was excited about finding it and the picture 
looked great. The cel wasn't cheap by any means. 
My question is, does the seller have any 
responsibility in letting the buyer know about 
cel damage if not asked?
