There is a message board run by AnimeChaos at 
http://pub41.ezboard.com/banimecelsforum which, 
so far as I can tell, is spyware and pop-up 
free.  Also one at 
http://www.rubberslug.com/board/showcat.asp?C=4 
that is moderated by the RS webmaster.  I frankly 
visit Animanga ten times for every time I visit 
either of these, because the conversations here 
are always more interesting than at either of 
those places.  But if more interesting people 
would start posting at either of these sites, 
then the Animanga problem would be fixed of its 
own accord.
