After you've downloaded it open it and run it. 
Select Internet Explorer browser at the top by 
clicking on it. Select "protect against checked 
items". It is quite simple.

Next, just in case you don't want to download or 
can't ( Or for just extra precaution).

Also as mentioned before, I'll say it, very 
simply and plain, again for IE browser users: 

Copy the "Animanga url address" in your address 
window on your browser by putting your arrow 
somewhere inside the address window and left 
click once, stay there and then right click once 
to open up the right click menu, scroll down and 
select "copy" by left clicking once (info. copies 
to browser), Next--At the top of your browser 
click on Tools, then Internet Options, Once that 
opens-- choose the "Security Tab" at the top-
left, when that opens-- "left-click-on" the red-
circle icon on the far right "Restricted Sites", 
then click-on the "Sites" button. Once that opens 
right-click inside and use "paste" to put the 
address that you save in the "add this website to 
the zone", then click "okay" at the bottom. It 
closes, And then "okay" again to exit.
