you need his complete adress ( name, street and 
number, place and country ofcourse ^_¨)

you fill it in in JPY, i thought the max was 
300.000 JPY ( about 2700$) and you pay at the 
postal office in dollar.
cost: in belgium its 10euro (about 8$), so maybe 
it will be about the same ( i think)
time: well, thats the tricky part, it could take 
weeks, it could take a week,... you never know
