I know I've seen scans of IPMO on some cel 
sites, but I can't remember which ones at the 
moment. The money order looks like a regular one 
except that it will be pink in color.

I'm not sure if this is 100% accurate but I 
believe that you might need to buy more than 
one, I was told that there is a $700 limit on 
IPMO at my post office. If that is the case, 
just break up the cost into however many money 
orders you would need. I think they cost around 
$3.25 to buy.

When you buy one they will sometimes ask you 
which country you're sending it to and make the 
conversions from dollars to Yen that way, you 
won't have to go to the bank to exchange any 
money.

I usually send my payments by Global Priority 
mail (around $5) which takes about 4-6 days to 
arrive.
