you are wrong in assuming that no one knows the 
real truth: nick does.  the point i am making is 
that the whole situation is based on a "he said, 
she said," and arguing about it here is not going 
to get anyone any closer to the "truth."  nick 
already said what he had to say, and if you don't 
believe him then that's your business, but it's 
already been said.  done with.  over.  the end.
