I don't think this is a flame war. I think it is 
a good debate to get truth. Nobody knows the real 
truth so we are all being inquisitive to figure 
out what happened. We are forgetting that this 
lawyer did not appear AFTER anime chaos closed 
but before and predicted this outcome. Anime 
Chaos was not nearing a closing, it in fact was 
planning an update. It all looks curious and we 
have a right to be inquisitive. As far as nobody 
can close his site and the issue being with the 
deputy service, all that was said by mighty 
america was that it was an agreement by both 
sides. Maybe the lawyer pushed to close the 
deputy service and nick settled for the cel site 
to avoid arbitration. A settlement is an 
agreement by both sides to avoid a court case, 
you can agree on anything as long as both sides 
sign to it. We just dont know and it is not wrong 
for us to try to know.
