Forgive the totally n00b question, but I have to 
ask.  What exactly is a laser copy background?  
All the cels I have bought with backgrounds have 
been produciton originals, so I've never really 
bothered asking about laser copies.

Who makes a laser copy background?  Does it come 
from the studio or does someone make it from an 
original production background?

I would appreciate any information that anyone 
could give me.  Thank you!!
