I wouldn't necessarily expect to get a lot of 
responses if your gallery or site update doesn't 
appeal to a largely female cel collecting 
audience.  (Generalizing/stereotyping: yes; does 
it apply to everyone: no.)  Maybe you could try 
saying that you have lots of Hikaru Macross cels 
or something, heh.

It's a good thing that people are going out of 
their way to view your collection.  Even if I 
don't get any forum responses, that's perfectly 
OK since I see my site hits going up a lot as 
well as the usual deluge of e-mails (people keep 
asking about the Washu...)
