I have some cels with wavy edges like that.  I've
also wondered if they came from the edge of a roll
or a large sheet or something.  Maybe someone was
just bored and used special scissors/cutters?  ^_^
While I can't remember all of them, I know some of
mine have registration holes and some are oversized.
