many times should I have tried the old password 
before getting a new one?

I did have a friend order the cel I wanted, but 
the point is that my password (old) should have 
worked within the first 5 tries. If there is an 
IE problem, why isn't any of that info on the 
site anyplace?

Can Taro fix the problem at all? Is it a fixable 
problem? Anyone new to Taro having this problem 
wouldn't have the slightest idea that this glitch 
exists...
