You'll have to wait a bit before it becomes 
active. I think it's usually about 24 hours, but 
around the sale, everything like that will take a 
little longer. (If I'm remembering correctly, at 
the last sale, they didn't process any requests 
for new IDs until after the sale.) If there is 
something you want on sale now, then I recommend 
asking a friend to pick it up for you. . .
