Hey! You asked about Celga, and so I thought I'd
let you know about all the deputy services. The
majority are proxy bidders, meaning they bid in
your place for something you want, and you pay
them. All of these services are highly reliable.

http://www.hobbys
hopk.com - this is cheapest if you item is
under 10,000 yen, I find
ht
tp://www1.winknet.ne.jp/~cel/index.htm -
cheapest for over 10,000 yen, and super nice! But
he is gone right now ::cheers and hopes for Sato::
And then there's Rinkya. While Rinkya is
expensive to set up, it can be worth it. While
Celga, HSK, and Sato bid for you, Rinkya gives
you an actual ID and lets you bid -for yourself-.
When the auction is won, they handle the
transaction and send the cel to you. The system
has a lot more freedom, but at a higher price
(understandably so):

Also, if you ever need to know the conversion
rate:

m/currency
And, if you need a translation:
http://babel
fish.altavista.com - not very good at working
with phrases, but usually you can get the gist of
things...I usually use it when I can't read a
certain word, for which is serves its purpose
well.

Also, Drac has a wonderful YJ help page which she
will hopefully post the link too, since I seem to
have lost it.
Hope this helps!
