Ah, I think I know which cel you're talking about
(Guts vs. Griffith in the snow, aeriel view) and
it's at Mangaya. Unfortunately their site is
currently down at the moment, so I couldn't
access it to recheck. I'm pretty sure it's them,
though. They only had, maybe, three or four cels
in total, however.

Well, I dunno if I agree with the "more supply,
less demand" theory. More supply, definitely, but
I don't meet too many people (cel-related or
otherwise) who have seen the series to even like
it. I'm not seeing a big demand, and I think that
may be the problem here. If more people DID want
cels from "Berkserk" I think they'd be easier to
find, maybe more plentiful as more dealers would
be working harder to specifically find "Berserk"
cels, you know what I mean?

Either way, I'm resigned to the fact that a great
quality cel will cost upwards of $400. But hey,
for the pan cel of Griffith from Casca's
flashback, explaining to her why he [you know -
if you don't know, watch the show! ^_~] for
money, naked in the brook with his hair draped
over one eye (the other blue orb showing in the
crazy berserk way as only Griffith can achieve^^)
and hugging himself, clawing his own arms bloody
*babble, babble* ... Yeah, I'd be willing to
shell out that much! *^_^*

It's such a shame cels are so rare because
there's visually a lot of great shots to be had -
there's a lot of oversized and pan moments, some
beautiful character images, great medieval-style
backgrounds, and a heck of a lot of harmony cels!
Such a damn shame... =P

If you're searching for hard-to-find cels, all I
can think of to suggest is: ask people, inquire
around to dealers and sellers. Sometimes you'll
hear good news. Mandarake seems to find the most
at good to decent quality, so maybe they can help
you look?

One *really* long-shot, too, is run an image
search through Google. I know that sounds odd,
but that's exactly how I found my two big cels of
Nova Universe from "Gall Force". It pulls up the
picture (if you've seen enough cel scans to
aquire "an eye", you can usually tell if it's a
cel image) and gives you the url of the site it's
on. I probably would never have known that Anime
Cellar had those beauties unless I did that. It
was unusual, and I got lucky! ^_^

I hope I helped a little, and best of luck to you!

(oddly, I'd also like one of the numerous cels of
Griffith's gorgeous eyes - there's a lot of shots
that pan across his eyes all the way that would
be so enchanting to have! *sigh*)
