Isn't that a background that was used in Tenchi? 
I don't think there are any cels associated with 
it. . . It was shown on it's own I think. . .

Sorry I can't be more specific since I haven't 
rewatched Tenchi in a long time, but I am *SURE* 
I have seen that background before.
