Maybe she reached those people, but is trying to 
reach the third. Or maybe those others are no 
longer registered users and thus paying them 
can't unblock her account. 

There are tons of complexities that could explain 
the situation. You shouldn't just immediately 
jump to that she's a total deadbeat. Weirder 
things have happened
