Why don't you try reading it again?  The person 
she's trying to contact was the third person she 
didn't pay and hence the blocked account.  All I 
was curious about was did she bother bidding on 
the auction and winning when she wasn't going to 
pay.  Because it's obvious that she only wants to 
pay now so she can get the third alert cleared 
and her account unblocked.
