1) it in no way shape or form is going
to 'protect' an image from being stolen. trust
me -- i've yet to see one such safeguard i
couldn't circumvent, usually by simply disabling
javascript.
2) any behavior of a web page which *takes away*
user control i loathe simply on principle. pop-
ups fall into this category, as do automatic URL
forwards and other such idiotic
javascript/history tricks.
3) the more annoying i find a page, the less
likely i am to ever return to it.
so, yeah the no-right-click thing does put-off
the casual image borrower, but it's far from
ironclad, and implementing it means that you'll
be annoying a good number of your visitors, if
the response to this poll is any indication.
